Where do I pick up my scooter? Someone will meet you at your hotel or any other pre agreed accommodation.
Will someone show me how to operate the scooter? Yes, there will be someone qualified to show you how to operate the scooter.
What shall I do if the scooter breaks down? You will be given a contact number in case anything happens to the scooter.
Am I insured whilst using the scooter from your company? No NOT by us - You must insure you have personal travel insurance, and that you have notified your travel insurance company that you will be hiring a mobility scooter whilst on holiday.
Is there a delivery charge? Yes, please see our tariff page.
Is there a deposit? No, we do not normally ask for a deposit if we drop off at your hotel/villa, however, if you want to collect any of our products then a deposit will be requested. A deposit will be requested for anyone hiring under the age of 25, or to our discretion.
Can I hire one if I am not disabled? Yes but priority is given to disabled clients.
Can I hire one if I have suffered an injury? Yes, you can hire one if you have suffered an injury.
Am I responsible for any breakages? Yes, the scooters are all checked before they go out to make sure everything is working properly. If you break anything, you will be charged accordingly. If you incur a puncture, you will be charge for a tyre. If you drain the batteries down too low and we have to be called out with spare batteries, you will be charged.
